Can I get an invoice?
We can issue invoices in certain instances or for B2B businesses. Please contact customer services for more information.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order before shipping. After your order has been shipped you can return your items and request a refund.
What payment methods are accepted?
You have the choice between the following payment methods:
- Bank card
- Credit card: MasterCard, VISA
- PayPal
- Klarna
- Prefer to pay once you've received your order? If you pay via PayPal, you can select the "Pay after Delivery" option. When you complete your purchase, PayPal will pay the merchant immediately and your bank account will not be debited for 21 days.
- Prefer to pay monthly? With Klarna you can buy now and pay later with 4 interest-free payments, or choose another Klarna option that suits you.
Is my payment secure?
Your payment on www.Baytana.co.uk is always completely secure. It is possible that, during payment, your bank or credit card issuer will request an additional verification step. This is automated according to the rules specific to your bank or credit card issuer, particularly regarding the amount of the transaction.
What should I do if my payment is not successful?
- You paid by credit card but you are not sure if your payment was successful? Check if the amount of the order has been debited from your account.
- The amount has been debited and you have not received a confirmation from us? Wait an hour. Please contact our customer service if you have not received a confirmation after an hour.
- No amount has been debited from your account? This means that your payment has failed. Simply renew your order.
- Your credit card payment failed? Your order is then cancelled. Please renew your order and choose another payment method.
How to order
To order, simply place the selected items in your shopping basket. When you have finished shopping, click on the shopping basket at the top of the page to complete your order. Creating a Baytana account is not mandatory to order. The prices shown on the website are inclusive of all taxes. Your order will be delivered to an address you choose.
Order confirmation
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
Did you not receive it? The e-mail may have ended up in your junk mail (spam). If you cannot find it in this folder either, check whether your order is listed in "my orders" in your "Baytana" account. (Only if you have created a Baytana Account). There you will find the history of all your orders as well as their tracking. If your order is displayed there, note down the order number. If your order is not listed in "my orders", please contact customer service.
Delivery FAQs
Where is my order?
Would you like to know the progress of the delivery of your order? Baytana has sent you an email containing your delivery tracking number. To know where your package is at any time, simply click on the link and enter your tracking number on the courier's website.
What if I'm not here to receive my order?
You have opted for home delivery but you will be absent on the day of delivery? No worries! When we ship your package, you will receive an email from the courier. On the courier's website, you can update the address or delivery date.
What to do if a package or item is damaged?
When you open your parcel, you notice that one (or more) item(s) is/are damaged? Please contact Baytana customer service. We will ask you to send us photos of the parcel and the damaged item(s).
- If possible, immediately report to the postman that the package is damaged
- Contact us. Customer Service will handle the complaint and ask you to provide:
- a photo of the entire package/the exterior of the package with the shipping label clearly visible
- a photo of the opened package in which the contents and inner packaging are clearly visible
- a photo of all the interior packaging found in the parcel
- a photo of the entire article
- a detailed photo of the damaged part
When will my order be delivered?
We ship your parcels with a variety of couriers. For online orders for which you have opted for home delivery, the delivery time is 2 to 5 working days*. This delivery time is an estimate. The delivery time is specified in the description of each item. Some items (or if you order a large quantity of the same item) require an additional day for delivery.
Has your order been shipped? You will then receive an email containing a tracking number. This way, you will know exactly where your package is.
What are the shipping costs?
Delivery is free for all orders delivered to a UK address. Shipping costs to other locations may vary, please contact customer service for an accurate quote.
What to do if items are missing?
If your order is delivered incompletely, we will refund the amount of the undelivered item to your account. If you have not yet received the refund, or if you have paid for an item that was not in your parcel, please contact our customer service.
What to do if my order is not delivered?
- If your order was not delivered to your home address please check that you have selected the correct delivery address.
- You can check the tracking of your delivery by clicking on the tracking link you received in the order confirmation email.
- If the status of your shipment is: "delivered" Check your mail to see if you have received a delivery notice, or attempted delivery.
- If the status of your shipment is: "in delivery", please be patient. By clicking on the tracking link, you can follow the delivery of your package to your home.

Returns, refunds & warranty
What kind of guarantee do I have on my purchase?
When you order from Baytana your order will be covered by a legal warranty. Some items also benefit from an additional manufacturer warranty. This is always specified in the item description.
The legal warranty period varies depending on the item. Is your product not working properly and is it still under warranty? We are committed to finding a solution. For example, by replacing the item or issuing a refund. You will not be reimbursed if the items have stopped working through your fault or if they are worn out.
How do I return an item?
You can return an item within 30 days, as long as the item is unused with the original packaging.
- To return an item please contact customer services with your order number and state the item you wish to return. You will then receive a returns label via email to attach to your package. Send the package as instructed.
Once our warehouse has received your return you will receive the refund on your account within 14 days.
What conditions are there to return an item?
The return of items is subject to several conditions:
- The item must be intact (if the item is damaged, we may charge you a fee).
- You must present proof of purchase. (Your order invoice)
- You received the item less than 30 days ago.
Shipping costs (if you paid them) are none refundable.
Baytana cannot be held responsible for any proven damage or loss.
Some items cannot be returned. These will be highlighted in the product decription.
Can I make a complaint?
- If you are not satisfied with one of our products or services, please contact our customer service or by telephone 00000 000 000 as part of the internal dispute resolution procedure. You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receipt of your complaint.
