Baytana Price Match Promise – Terms & Conditions

At Baytana, we are committed to offering exceptional quality and unbeatable value for your home. If you find an identical product advertised for less by another UK retailer, we won't just match their price—we’ll give you an extra £20 off your purchase.

1. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Baytana Price Match Promise, your claim must meet all of the following requirements:

• Minimum Order Value: The product being matched must have an advertised item value of £499 or higher on Baytana.co.uk.
• Identical Product: The competitor’s product must be identical in brand, model, size, color, material specification, and condition.
• In Stock & Available: The competitor must have the item in stock and available for immediate dispatch to a UK mainland address.
• Delivered Cost Comparison: The price match calculation will be based on the total cost of the product including delivery charges.
• UK-Based Retailer: The competitor must be a legitimate, UK-based business selling directly to consumers (paying VAT in the UK).

2. Exclusions & Limitations

The Price Match Guarantee does not apply under the following circumstances:

• Clearance & Outlet Items: Products offered as part of clearance sales, end-of-line promotions, store closures, ex-display models, or damaged/refurbished stock.
• Marketplaces & Auction Sites: Products listed on third-party marketplace platforms including (but not limited to) Amazon, eBay, Wayfair Marketplaces, Etsy, or Gumtree.
• Voucher & Loyalty Discounts: Prices that rely on temporary discount codes, bulk/trade pricing, volume discounts, student offers, cash-back schemes, or closed-user membership pricing.
• Post-Purchase Claims: Price matches must be claimed and verified prior to placing your order. We cannot apply price adjustments retrospectively to orders already placed or dispatched.
• Combination Offers: The Price Match Promise code cannot be combined with any other site-wide promotion codes, automatic checkout discounts, or finance offers (e.g., Klarna/Clearpay) where prohibited.

3. Claim Approval & Management Rights

• Baytana reserves the right to independently verify the lower price, product availability, and competitor delivery costs.
• If approved, you will receive a unique, single-use promo code covering the price difference plus £20 off, valid for 7 days from issuance.
• Baytana reserves the right to withdraw or adjust the Price Match Promise at any time without prior notice.
